By Walt Walton
Oh, what a year we all persevered
Some searching for peace, some searching for hope
Some not searching for nothing at all, just trying to cope
If you turn on the TV its clear as can be, it’s fear that they’re trying to promote
Instead of facing the issue go buy all the tissue pay attention & see, the media causing revolts
They say go & vote then show you results, that seem somehow inconsistent
They say don’t go to church struggle with sin, if you dealing with depression just hold it in
Pandemic turned habits into addictions, food for thought as I was spiritual convicted
If believers are stagnant, how can they live life on a mission?
I’m going to represent the Lord until they bury me, those who believe confess & repent shall be saved
And to those who don’t, might end up perishing
In order to deal with the year & its growing pains, I had to realize that we fight from victory
Writing allowed me to start turning my pain into passion, if you ask me how it happen
I can’t explain how it comes to me, well actually by the Holy Spirit – I’m accompanied
It’s a cold world no sympathy, Praise God who sent His only begotten son to die for all of our iniquities
The youth don’t watch what they say, they just say what they watch
The harvest is plentiful the laborers not, don’t let the enemy take advantage
Always beware of the enemy’s plots
Whoever seeks to preserve his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life will keep it
Trust & believe, all other ground is sinking sand, let go & let God be your rock
The Lords in control I pray that the people would start to understand it
Pray that his grace & his mercy wouldn’t be taken for granted
Pray that sin would be repented of & not managed
Please trust in the Lord & try not to panic
In the Beginning was the Word & the Word was with God
Genesis 3 was also the fall, Eve was deceived by the father of lies
Eat from the tree you will not surely die, as a matter of fact it will open your eyes
You’ll be more like God, so when the woman saw that the tree was good for food
And that it was a delight to the eyes and that the tree was to be desired to make one wise
She took of its fruit and ate, and she also gave some to her husband who was with her, and he ate too
By choice even though he knew the rules, not to eat from the tree, he didn’t oblige
Along came a curse to earth, sin & corruption, but read Genesis 3:15 and give: All glory to God
Reading of Joshua 1:8-9
